Our Process

Every project starts with an exploration of your style, vision, personality, and lifestyle in your home. We collaborate on the scope of your project, exchange creative ideas, and get to the heart of your home's design. During these conversations, we will also discuss your desired investment and timeline to maintain efficiency.

During this phase, Debbi and her team take your vision and bring it to life with floor plans, color palettes, custom furnishing designs (such as window treatments), and selections for high-quality fabrics, furniture, fixtures, artwork, and accessories. These are presented for your feedback and approval.

Note: If you are working with us on a custom home, we will make materials selections and design custom features alongside your architect and builder.

With all selections approved, we take the lead on procurement, which includes ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting, and storing your goods until your home is ready for installation. We source from our vetted network of suppliers, which means high-quality products, attentive shipping, and excellent customer service.

Note: If you are working with us on a custom home, your build team will procure materials for the home; we will procure furnishings.

Your home is ready to come together. If specialists are needed for elements like paint, wallpaper, or millwork, we will schedule it, along with the professional installation of your furnishings. We then layer in the fine details, including hanging artwork, styling accessories, and making your home feel like you.
